In 2017, R.L. embarked on a profound shift, adopting a vegetarian lifestyle driven by a spiritual quest for connection. However, it was the transition to a majority fruitarian/frugivore diet a year and a half ago that marked a turning point in his health journey.

Through relentless dedication to his health and diet practices, he experienced a remarkable transformation. The shift to his philosophy, E.A.T., became the cornerstone of his well-being.

Focusing on Energy efficiency, Avoiding acid-forming foods and Toxicity, this philosophy has not only guided his choices but has also become a beacon for those seeking holistic health.

As a devoted student of Dr. Robert Morse, R.L. draws inspiration from notable figures in natural health, including Herbert Shelton, T.C. Fry, Dr. Douglas N. Graham, Lauren Whiteman, and Yah'ki Rapha'El. These influences have shaped his holistic approach to health, emphasizing the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit.

The shift to a frugivorous lifestyle resulted in significant weight loss, skin clarity, and the eradication of battles with eczema and irritable bowel syndrome. What once manifested as painful rashes on arms, eyelids, behind ears, neck, and stomach has given way to radiant, vibrant health.
