Service Description
This is an individual coaching session to help you get on the path to health. You'll receive a questionnaire that will need to be filled out prior to the session. This will help me understand your current dietary habits and most importantly, identify your goals. Next, we will meet on a designated time/day (scheduled by you) that works best for you to put together a summarized coaching plan to help you begin making better dietary choices and create dietary habits. The core philosophy revolves around three pillars—Energy efficiency, Avoidance of acid-forming foods, and minimizing Toxicity—forming the acronym E.A.T. **1.
