About R.L.
This Is How My Healing Began
For years, I did what most people are told to do when their health starts to decline — I followed the rules. I tried elimination diets, supplements, protocols, and expert advice that promised relief but never delivered lasting results.
I dealt with persistent eczema, ongoing digestive issues like IBS, frequent headaches, and a deep sense of fatigue that no “diet or supplement” seemed to resolve. The more I tried to control my body, the more disconnected I felt from it.
Everything changed when I stopped asking what diet should I follow and started asking a different question:
What is my body actually responding to?
That question marked the beginning of a deeper healing journey — one that included not just food, but awareness, environment, nervous system regulation, and energy. As I listened more closely, my symptoms began to ease. My relationship with food softened. And healing stopped feeling like a fight.

What I Believe About Healing
True healing doesn’t come from restriction, punishment, or chasing the latest health trend. It comes from reducing interference — removing what disrupts the body’s natural balance and learning how to support it gently and consistently.

Energy
Food is information. It affects the nervous system, emotions, and overall vitality.

Avoid
Healing begins when we remove what blocks it, including inflammatory foods and confusing health narratives.

Toxicity
Detox isn’t extreme. It’s a daily practice of lowering toxic load in both body and mind.

Living the Philosophy
Healing didn’t just change how I eat — it changed how I live.
Today, I prioritize a slower, more intentional lifestyle that supports nervous system health and overall wellbeing. Our decision to move to the Caribbean is a reflection of living the philosophy— toward simplicity, presence, and alignment.
This isn’t a brand. It’s a lived experience.
Everything I share through E.A.T. comes from applying these principles in real life, not from following trends or selling quick fixes.
