By accessing or using any content, program, product, or service provided by The EAT Coach, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. NOT MEDICAL ADVICE

The EAT Coach provides health, wellness, nutrition, lifestyle, and educational information. Nothing provided by The EAT Coach is intended to constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or medical care.

The EAT Coach, its owner, coaches, contractors, representatives, and team members are not acting as your physician, dermatologist, registered dietitian, psychologist, therapist, or other licensed healthcare provider unless expressly stated otherwise.

Information provided through our websites, programs, coaching sessions, videos, emails, social media, communities, guides, worksheets, downloads, or other materials should not be considered a substitute for advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional.

2. CONSULT YOUR HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONAL

You should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional regarding questions or concerns about your health and before making significant changes to your diet, fasting practices, medications, supplements, exercise, lifestyle, or healthcare routine.

This is particularly important if you have an existing medical condition, take prescription or over-the-counter medications, have food allergies or dietary restrictions, are pregnant or nursing, are under medical supervision, or have other health concerns.

Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking medical care because of information you received from The EAT Coach.

If you believe you may be experiencing a medical emergency, seek appropriate emergency medical care immediately.

3. ECZEMA RESET DISCLAIMER

Eczema Reset is an educational health and wellness coaching program offered by The EAT Coach.

The program is designed to provide education regarding nutrition, lifestyle, personal habits, environmental factors, and wellness practices.

Eczema Reset is not a medical treatment program and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent eczema, dermatitis, allergies, autoimmune conditions, or any other disease or medical condition.

Any discussion of eczema, symptoms, nutrition, detoxification, elimination, fasting, lifestyle practices, environmental exposures, or other wellness concepts represents the educational philosophy and approach of The EAT Coach and should not be interpreted as medical diagnosis or treatment.

4. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

Individual experiences and results vary.

The EAT Coach does not guarantee that participation in Eczema Reset or any other program, product, or service will eliminate eczema, resolve symptoms, improve a medical condition, or produce any particular health or wellness outcome.

Testimonials, personal experiences, before-and-after photographs, client stories, case studies, and other examples represent individual experiences and are not guarantees or representations that another person will experience the same or similar results.

Any specific written guarantee associated with a particular program is subject to the separate terms, conditions, participation requirements, and eligibility criteria of that guarantee and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of any medical or health outcome.

5. PERSONAL EXPERIENCES AND OPINIONS

The EAT Coach may share personal experiences, including experiences involving eczema, nutrition, dietary changes, lifestyle practices, fasting, wellness practices, and other health-related topics.

These experiences are provided for educational and informational purposes and reflect individual experiences and perspectives.

A personal experience or opinion should not be interpreted as medical evidence, medical advice, or a representation that another individual will experience the same outcome.

6. DETOXIFICATION AND WELLNESS TERMINOLOGY

The EAT Coach may use terms such as “detox,” “detoxification,” “toxins,” “cleansing,” “elimination,” “healing,” “reset,” “root cause,” or similar wellness terminology when explaining its educational philosophy and approach.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, these terms are used within the context of The EAT Coach's wellness philosophy and are not intended to represent a medical diagnosis, medically established mechanism, or claim that a program or practice can diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

7. DIET, FASTING, AND NUTRITION

Programs and materials offered by The EAT Coach may discuss dietary changes, fruit consumption, raw foods, fasting, hydration, food elimination, food combining, and other nutritional or lifestyle practices.

Dietary and fasting practices may affect individuals differently and may not be appropriate for everyone.

You are responsible for determining, in consultation with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional when appropriate, whether a particular dietary, fasting, hydration, or lifestyle practice is suitable for your individual circumstances.

The EAT Coach does not recommend that you discontinue medically necessary nutrition, medication, treatment, or professional medical care.

8. MEDICATIONS AND MEDICAL TREATMENT

The EAT Coach does not prescribe medication and does not provide instructions for starting, stopping, reducing, replacing, or changing prescription medication or medical treatment.

Any decision regarding medication or medical treatment should be discussed with the qualified healthcare professional responsible for your care.

Participation in a The EAT Coach program should not be interpreted as a reason to discontinue or modify medical treatment without appropriate professional guidance.

9. ASSUMPTION OF RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for your own health, decisions, actions, and results.

By choosing to implement information provided through The EAT Coach, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily making your own lifestyle and wellness decisions.

10. HEALTH INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE

During participation in a program or coaching service, you may voluntarily provide information regarding your health, symptoms, diet, lifestyle, medications, medical history, photographs, or other personal circumstances.

Providing this information does not create a physician-patient, therapist-patient, dietitian-patient, or other licensed healthcare-provider relationship with The EAT Coach.

Any feedback provided in response to such information remains within the educational and coaching scope of our Services and should not be interpreted as medical diagnosis or treatment.

Please avoid providing sensitive medical information that is unnecessary for your participation in the program.
