TERMS & CONDITIONS
Effective Date: September 29, 2026
Welcome to The EAT Coach.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of The EAT Coach websites, landing pages, funnels, digital content, educational materials, coaching programs, products, services, communities, and related offerings (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing our website, purchasing a product or service, enrolling in a program, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.
1. ABOUT THE EAT COACH
The EAT Coach provides educational information, coaching, programs, resources, and digital content related to nutrition, lifestyle, wellness, and personal development.
Programs and services offered by The EAT Coach may include, but are not limited to, the Eczema Reset program, group coaching, educational courses, digital resources, videos, guides, community access, and other health and wellness education.
2. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE ONLY
All information provided by The EAT Coach is intended for educational and informational purposes only.
The EAT Coach does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or medical care.
The EAT Coach and its representatives are not acting as your physician, dermatologist, dietitian, psychologist, or other licensed healthcare provider unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Nothing contained within our websites, programs, videos, coaching sessions, community discussions, emails, downloads, or other materials should be interpreted as medical advice or as a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.
You are responsible for making your own health and medical decisions.
You should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before making significant dietary, lifestyle, medication, supplement, or healthcare changes, particularly if you have an existing medical condition, take medication, are pregnant or nursing, or have other health concerns.
3. NO GUARANTEE OF HEALTH OR OTHER RESULTS
The EAT Coach does not guarantee any particular health, wellness, financial, personal, or other result from using our Services.
Testimonials, personal stories, case studies, examples, and statements describing experiences with The EAT Coach represent individual experiences and should not be interpreted as promises or guarantees that you will achieve the same or similar results.
Every person is different.
Results may vary based on numerous factors, including individual circumstances, health history, lifestyle, participation, consistency, implementation, and other factors outside the control of The EAT Coach.
Any specific written guarantee offered with a particular program will be governed exclusively by the separate terms and eligibility requirements of that guarantee.
4. ECZEMA RESET AND OTHER WELLNESS PROGRAMS
Eczema Reset and other programs offered by The EAT Coach are educational coaching programs.
These programs are not medical treatment programs and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent eczema or any other disease or medical condition.
References to improving wellness, supporting the body, addressing lifestyle factors, or achieving desired outcomes describe the educational goals and philosophy of the programs and do not constitute medical claims or guarantees.
Participation in any program is voluntary, and participants remain responsible for determining whether recommendations, dietary practices, lifestyle changes, fasting practices, or other activities are appropriate for their individual circumstances.
5. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
By using our Services, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.
You agree to use your own judgment when implementing information obtained through The EAT Coach.
You understand that educational information cannot account for every person's individual circumstances.
You assume responsibility for seeking appropriate professional advice when necessary and for determining whether any information or practice discussed through our Services is appropriate for you.
6. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our Services or enter into an agreement with The EAT Coach unless a parent or legal guardian provides appropriate consent.
By purchasing or enrolling in our Services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
7. PURCHASES AND PAYMENTS
Prices for products, programs, coaching, memberships, or other Services will be disclosed before purchase.
By submitting payment information, you authorize The EAT Coach and its third-party payment processors to charge the applicable amount according to the payment option you select.
If you select a payment plan, you agree to make all scheduled payments according to the terms presented at checkout or contained within your applicable program agreement.
A payment plan represents an agreement to pay the total purchase price over time and is not a month-to-month subscription unless specifically identified as such.
Failure to make required payments may result in suspension or termination of access to the applicable program, community, coaching, materials, or other Services.
8. REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS, AND PROGRAM-SPECIFIC POLICIES
Refund and cancellation policies may vary depending on the product, program, or Service purchased.
Any refund policy, satisfaction guarantee, performance guarantee, or cancellation right specifically presented at the time of purchase or contained within a separate signed agreement will govern that purchase.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, purchasing a program does not guarantee a refund based solely on dissatisfaction, lack of participation, failure to complete the program, or failure to achieve a desired result.
Where a separate client agreement applies to a coaching program, the terms of that agreement will control in the event of a conflict concerning payment obligations, refunds, cancellations, guarantees, or program participation.
9. PROGRAM ACCESS
Access to programs, courses, communities, coaching sessions, videos, downloads, and other materials is provided only to the individual who purchased or was granted access to the Service.
You may not share your login information or provide unauthorized access to another person.
Program access may be limited to a particular enrollment period or duration as described when you purchase the program.
The EAT Coach reserves the right to modify the delivery method, schedule, platform, or organization of program content when reasonably necessary, provided that the fundamental nature of the purchased Service is not materially changed.
10. GROUP COACHING AND COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION
Certain programs may include group coaching calls, online communities, discussion areas, or other opportunities to interact with participants.
You agree to communicate respectfully and refrain from harassment, discrimination, threats, abusive conduct, spam, solicitation, or other disruptive behavior.
Information voluntarily shared by participants within group environments may be visible to other participants.
While The EAT Coach may establish confidentiality expectations for participants, we cannot guarantee that another participant will maintain the confidentiality of information voluntarily disclosed in a group environment.
You should use discretion when sharing personal, health, financial, or otherwise sensitive information.
The EAT Coach reserves the right to remove a participant from a community, coaching session, or program environment for seriously disruptive, abusive, threatening, fraudulent, or unlawful conduct.

The EAT Coach will not use your personal testimonial, identifiable photograph, or client story for promotional purposes without permission where consent is required.

Your use of certain third-party platforms may also be subject to those providers' terms and privacy policies.
The EAT Coach is not responsible for temporary outages, technical failures, security incidents, changes, or other actions of independent third-party providers that are outside our reasonable control.
16. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
Our websites, programs, or materials may contain links to products, websites, services, or resources provided by third parties.
A reference or link to a third-party product or service does not constitute a guarantee regarding that product or service.

The existence of an affiliate relationship does not change your responsibility to independently determine whether a product or service is appropriate for you.
18. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
We strive to keep our websites and digital Services available and functioning properly, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.
We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, upgrades, security, technical problems, circumstances involving third-party providers, or other reasonable business purposes.

By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review our Privacy Policy.
21. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The EAT Coach and its owners, contractors, representatives, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our Services.
You acknowledge that decisions concerning your health, diet, lifestyle, medical care, finances, or other personal matters remain your responsibility.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
22. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless The EAT Coach and its owners, contractors, representatives, and affiliates from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.

Serious or repeated disruption of a program or community

24. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any dispute-resolution provisions contained within a separate agreement between you and The EAT Coach.
