How could anyone make a legitimate decision on a diet based on all of the different information out there? You have one influencer telling you the carnivore diet is the only way to true health. Another nutrition coach telling you the path to healing is a vegan diet and herbs. Functional medicine doctors claiming a more “natural” way to incorporate medicine into your life. The Keto diet. Mediterranean diet. Plant-based diets. So much information… so little clarity.

But in such a competitive industry pushing products, campaigning for watch time and generating more follows, finding an authentic message can be tough.

I have always offered the premise of independent freethinking. The philosophies I share are based off of my experiences and the light I feel needs to be shared. I don’t, nor will ever, push my way of living on anyone. The best way to figure out what’s best for you is to absorb the information and apply what resonates. That’s the only way you’ll truly be able to make a conscious decision and find out what aligns. But in such a competitive industry pushing products, campaigning for watch time and generating more follows, finding an authentic message can be tough.

My advice when it comes to trying to understand what’s the most optimal diet for your well-being, is to look at nature. Nature has the answers to everything. We are only one species in a world of thousands. Our physiology and DNA for that matter, fall in line with a group of frugivorous animals. That’s what resonates with me and seeing the amazing effects of a fruit-based diet is the main reason I continue to share my message.

Unfortunately, it’s so tough to decipher between who’s genuine and who’s out for recognition. The most confident approach is trusting your intuition.
